Dore – South-Asian Restaurant
Located in Sheffield, Dore is a South-Asian restaurant offering diners an authentic Indian dining experience. They welcome diners of all cultural backgrounds and have worked hard to build and maintain a brand that brings a taste of India to their customers. Due to growing competition in the local area and the emergence of new, modern restaurants, Dore would like to modernise their space and improve the dining experience, further.
Sheffield, Dore Restaurant (Indian Food/South-Asian), eat-in dining experiences, was a dated restaurant that was doing very well, tight budget renovation, there were much more modern and maintained competing restaurants nearby so they needed to refurb and update – injection of colour and vibrance.

the brief
Although they welcome customers to eat-in with an inviting dining solution, the majority of their sales are driven through local deliveries to customers’ homes and in-store collections. In meeting with various Interior Design specialists, Starbake Patisseries felt that they did not properly understand the business, what they’re trying to achieve and how the interior renovation will support the business’ growth. Through a mutual contact, Starbake Patisseries reached out to Fusion Interiors to help.

the delivery
Spoke with client, no structural alterations to work with the space they had, retained some of the existing furniture but reupholstered, painted walls, freshened up the bar, new light fittings, auto-cad was used to create new space plan, very quick turnaround and completed within 4 weeks so we can turn projects around in a timely manner, maintain quality and complete project on time, on budget and on scope. Attracted new diners as the in-restaurant dining experience was enhanced to improve the customer experience. We managed the project and recruited a local project contractor to complete the renovation in accordance with the interior design solution. We started with an initial interior design survey.
