This step enables us to assess existing conditions, identify potential challenges, and optimise design solutions tailored to the site’s unique characteristics.

Utilising insights gathered from the discovery and site survey phases, we present general arrangement layouts accompanied by concept images. This step allows clients to visualise the design and provide feedback.

Upon approval of the proposed general arrangement layout, we proceed to develop comprehensive design concepts and layouts. We integrate client feedback and preferences, refining the design to ensure it aligns perfectly with their vision and objectives.

To further enhance the client’s understanding and appreciation of the design concepts, we create immersive 3D visualisations. These realistic renderings bring the proposed design to life, allowing clients to explore and experience the space virtually before finalising decisions.

As the design takes shape, we prepare a comprehensive technical tender package, including detailed specifications and schedules for furniture, fixtures, fittings, and equipment (FFFE). This step ensures clarity and precision in the procurement and implementation process.

Upon completion of the construction and installation phase, we conduct a thorough handover process to ensure seamless transition to the client. We provide comprehensive documentation, including as-built drawings and specifications, to facilitate efficient maintenance and operations.

From the initial briefing to the final project completion, our dedicated project management team oversees every aspect of the process. We coordinate with stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure adherence to quality standards, ensuring a smooth and successful project delivery from start to finish.
