In conducting a full renovation of the Handelsbanken Huddersfield branch, Handelsbanken – Huddersfield were looking to create a unique workspace that amplified their specific brand values. In line with their branding guidelines, they wanted to incorporate glimpses of Timber to convey their Nordic roots in Sweden. Working alongside an office fit-out contractor, Fusion Interiors were invited to initiate the office interior design concept.

When conceptualising the space for Handelsbanken – Huddersfield, the objective was clear: create a modern, interactive and spacious workspace that both staff and local customers would love whilst incorporating an element of the Handelsbanken group’s Swedish roots. Achieving this required careful analysis of the brand values and thorough understanding of how staff and customers would like to utilise the new workspace.

As an office interior designer, Fusion Interiors’ main objective is to prioritise the needs of those using the workspace. It was important we delivered an interior design solution that not only aligns with the Handelsbanken group’s consistent brand values, but amplifies a degree of individuality as a branch as all Handelsbanken branches are unique in office interior design. We worked within the branding guidelines in designing the new office, sourced all office furniture and worked closely with the Handelsbanken – Huddersfield branch manager in managing budgets, project scope and timely delivery.
